經過了五個幾月,在昨天考完試,日文的四級課程算是完成了。雖然只是校內升級試,但都有些緊張,實在學和準備的時間很短。考完之後,感覺不過不失,才鬆了口氣。

 

前陣子有人問過班蘭蛋糕 的食譜,以下是8吋大小份量的食譜。

3 egg yolk, 4 egg white,  85g sugar, 80g soft flour,   40g or 45ml oil, 3/4 – 1Tsp baking powder,  5-6 pandan leaves  , 60ml hot (or at least warm) water

  • Cut Pandan leaves into small pieces and blend with hot water. Get at least 50ml Pandan juice and the juice must be warm.
  • Beat the egg yolks with 30 g sugar until smooth, then the oil, then the sifted flours. The flour mixture should be smooth and runny
  • Meringue- beat the egg white, with the remaining sugar in small portions at a time, until firm and stiff.
  • Fold in (not sir) the above 2 mixtures and until well mixed

  • Bake in oven of 180C for 40-50 minutes
